Data we process

Project, entity, official domain, publicly listed contact name and role, business contact channel, source URL, verification date, jurisdiction, and outreach history.

Sources

Official websites, documentation and press releases, event and speaker pages, investor portfolios, channels a person publishes for business use, and reviewed commercial data providers.

Purposes

Evaluate Korea-market fit, send a relevant B2B proposal where permitted, respond to requests, and prevent duplicate contact or outreach after an objection.

South Korea

A business email being public is not treated as consent to receive advertising. We do not send without documented prior consent or a narrow exception validated by Korean counsel.

UK and EU

We distinguish UK corporate subscribers from sole traders and ordinary partnerships, and document a separate data-protection assessment for named contacts. For the EU, the recipient country's electronic-marketing rule is checked first.

Sending providers

Technical deliverability is not permission. If a provider's terms do not allow the intended outreach, the contact remains blocked, and a valid email result alone never makes it send-ready.

Retention and rights

We keep information only while it remains relevant, accurate, and legally necessary. Requests to access, correct, delete, object, or opt out can be sent to contact@fiveovertwo.xyz.

Processors

If CRM, verification, or sending tools are used, access and purpose are restricted. The actual providers and final retention period will be added here before outbound processing begins.

This notice does not by itself activate outbound sending. The legal entity name, business address, final retention period, and processor list must be published first.
